MNDA Symposium going on in Chicago
There were interesting discussions on reviewing the El Escorial criteria by introducing a new staging system. Should the criteria be extended to include possible,probable and definite ALS? Should a proposal to include Progressive Bulbar Palsy (PBP) and Progressive Muscular Atrophy (PMA) patients be considered in clinical trials? Should the use of MRI scan be included in early diagnosis of ALS patients?
